I signed up for GB and spent 2 hours picking out 30 items for my closet since i kept getting the notification saying i needed more items in my closet before they start processing my shipment. I got in contact with customer service but they didnt help me with my specific issue, they addressed it more towards the general issue other customers have had in the past .
What really upset me though. Was when i signed up for the 30 day free trial and on the 1st day they charged my debit card over 100$ !! Not only that , but hours later i got 4 fraudulent charges from different companys one for 300 and something while the others were randomly in the hundreds. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CARD INFORMATION.
i cancelled my sub the next day and had to have my bank cancel and reissue a new card .
So much hassle.
Money that was taken off of my credit card

Greatful!
I am so glad I check reviews! I do not know what kind of business plan was put forth, but this looks like a great idea gone south.
I would have loved to order clothes for temporary use. I am having weight issues and thought this would be a good thing for me, someone who does not appreciate being a size 14 and who plans to get back to a 10 as quickly as possible. It is bad enough to have dissatisfied customers, but, to then not have good customer service on top of it? Ouch!
Great idea though! Glad I dodged the bullet on his one.
Thanks former customers. I pray you all get your money back!

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION
My wife signed up for the thirty day trial on August 28th and instead of giving her thirty days and charging her on September 28th, they charged our account 49.00 plus tax. Our account was re-credited but I'm not sure if that was by our bank or Gwynnie Bee.
I'm waiting to find out from our bank. The reason I'm not sure is because that's an account we use for paying bills online and have a strict budget on it. We don't have funds in there to cover that 49.00 plus tax so I received an email last night from our bank that our account was overdrawn. It's been fixed apparently but again, I'm not sure if that's our bank or G.B.
Still though, it's stressful because we want to remain in good standing with our bank for future credit purposes.
And now I'm reading about fraudulent activities. Great!!!

Stole bank card Information?
I received a new chip card from my bank and forgot about updating the gwynnie bee account. Needless to say, I did not use any services in about two months, which is when they started sending me emails that I needed to update my card information.
I attempted to call and cancel the service and they told me it would take 30 minutes to receive an email and wouldn't wait until I received it. Turns out that it wasn't cancelled, and somehow Gwynnie Bee got a hold of my new bank card number and charged me two months of service. The only way that I can see this happening is if they called my bank and harassed it out of them.
I also fault the bank for this but am angry that they managed to get a hold of this number without my permission. They are also claiming that I owe them money for an item that was probably lost in the mail and will automatically charge the card number that they illegally acquired.

Gwynnie Bee Account Review from Las Vegas, Nevada
I have received email after email saying to leave their "coupon" practices alone but I'm going to make sure other people know how deceitful they are.
I was excited to purchase a pair of jeans that I have had since February. When I received these in February they were $91.50, that is the discounted at-home price. After I attempted to use the coupon the price remained at $91.50. I contacted going to b after I attempted to use the coupon the price remained at $91.50.
I contacted Gwynnie Bee about this error and asked them to fix it, they emailed me back and told me that that it was corrected.
I then attempted to use the coupon again and the price was $90.50 (see photo). I am disgusted that sent out coupons so people think that they're getting an actual discount, but if they're not paying attention they won't realize that they're actually not saving anything above the "at home" price

Scam! Visit this site or you will be charged!
I visited this site once, I never even subscribed to become a member or signed up for the email list, yet I was billed three times for a charge of over $80 for being a "member"! I emailed the company and never heard back.
I called and the customer service representative did not seem the least bit surprised at my complaint, nor did she apologize for the over $250 in fraudulent charges! Be very careful if you are even so much as visit this site, check your credit card statements because you'll likely have been billed regardless of a subscription or not!
This is by far one of the worst experiences I have encountered with an online company. I would strongly recommend steering clear of Gwynnie Bee....................

I agree. I would like to see some of their clothes BEFORE I have to sign up to see.
Doesn't seem right. They want your address and card number first.
Heck, I might want the 3 items at a time if I like their clothing. I was gonna sign up with one item at a time just to see their clothes but I think I've changed my mind after reading these reviews.
i dont understand why you have to put an credit Card. on this When You dont know Anything about this..At least you could see the Clothing..sounds sort of like you are kept in the Dark,,Unreal i work in retail i find it Interesting..yet Amazing they would want your credit Card info and you Cant even See What You Are Going to Get..
