Please contact the Attorney General's Office in your state. It should have a Consumer Division and and an consumer advocate who will contact the company on your behalf.
Additionally, contact a Better Business Bureau in whatever state and city that GB operates. If there is no BBB in the city in which GB operates, then find one in a city as close as possible to the city where GB operates, and file a complaint.
Also, you can ask your financial institution to stop payment on the debit from your account by giving them the company name AND the exact amount being debited. If none of these things work, sue their ***!

Account, canceled. I can but and OWN dresses at this price!
And it takes almose a week to arrive, then when i return it, it still takes about a week for them to get it. Therefore, $52 a month rents me a dress i can purchase at Macy's for less than $40. The second dress id be able to pull out, wouldnt have arrived before my next billing cycle. Not worth all that money for cheap vlothes you can purchase (brand new and not previously worn by a dozen or so other women, mind you) at any Macy's or JCPenney's store near you...
lol. Dont waste your time and money.

In my one month trial I never got single garment that I wanted, I had to add a lot of *** that I didn't want to my closet just to get them to send me something, everything I got was cheaply and poorly made. Half the time my stuff was delayed.
I returned things that got lost in the mail so they wouldn't cancel my membership and refund me. How is that my fault? they blamed the mail saying the delay was beyond their control, I blame the *** mail for losing their ***.
It's out of my control. How is that excuse ok for you but not me?

Warning! Do not use Gwynnie Bee
I cancelled my subscription and returned the items I had at home immediately. I never had an issue returning items in their prepaid shipping bag until I cancelled my account.
They said they didn't have the 2 tops I sent back and charged me $97.50. I told them on several occasions that I had sent them back and they said they trusted me and I would not be charged, but I was charged anyway. I see on this website that this is a recurring issue. Paypal is reviewing my transaction under PayPal buyer protection.
I just hope they look into all the other complaints about Gwynnie Bee before deciding on my dispute. Buyer beware!

I signed up for a "free" trial, i never had the chance to use their services, after the month was over i was charged 85.32 on my credit card, I called the company, and the customer service represenative, was very nice, she stated that since i havent used any product, I would recieve my refund back to my card, she said to log in under my E-Mail and cancel my membership, after i tried to log into my account, the account many multiple times said "wrong e-mail, or wrong password" after i did get into the system, it stated " No account found". I called the company number to talk to a service represenative, and got put on hold for at least 5 minutes, and they played the same phone song over and over, I still have not been able to reach a live person....I will continue to call support for help, but I feel like these companies are like the movie "TheGame" with Michael Douglas, you think its a valid honest thing, then boom everyone disappears when you have a question or complaint, or need help....SMH(shake my head).....
Another pissed consumer!
In the beginning, I was tickled pink with some of the clothes that I had first chosen. I have a very prominent belly that I have a hard time for buying clothes.
After that first transaction, it seemed to go to *** in a hand basket. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and I want my account FINISHED!!!! How can you run a business like this?? This is just staggering.
P.S. A possible solution could be this: cut the prices to a more realistic rate. There should be the reaching out of the owner to have a genuine interest in the business.
At the very least, STOP current accounts (delay) and examine the issue of inflated prices.
