Please contact the Attorney General's Office in your state. It should have a Consumer Division and and an consumer advocate who will contact the company on your behalf.

Additionally, contact a Better Business Bureau in whatever state and city that GB operates. If there is no BBB in the city in which GB operates, then find one in a city as close as possible to the city where GB operates, and file a complaint.

Also, you can ask your financial institution to stop payment on the debit from your account by giving them the company name AND the exact amount being debited. If none of these things work, sue their ***!

Account, canceled. I can but and OWN dresses at this price!

And it takes almose a week to arrive, then when i return it, it still takes about a week for them to get it. Therefore, $52 a month rents me a dress i can purchase at Macy's for less than $40. The second dress id be able to pull out, wouldnt have arrived before my next billing cycle. Not worth all that money for cheap vlothes you can purchase (brand new and not previously worn by a dozen or so other women, mind you) at any Macy's or JCPenney's store near you...

lol. Dont waste your time and money.

I am fortunate to have had a positive experience with GB. At one point I had to suspend my service and was able to do so, and pick up later, without any problems. Additionally, at various times, I received free upgrades. I don't like everything I've received, but that is to be expected. I have purchased several of the items I've tried, sometimes for as low as $15. I like that I can try something for a couple of wears and then return them--I frequently tire of outfits I've purchased, so this gives me variety without the financial investment. It's fun to have new clothes coming in the mail. Some of the reviews may be older ones and the company has since refined its services. I have noticed over the past few months that it takes longer after I notify a return for a new item to be sent.

I saw a commercial for GwynnieBee, but being the good consumer that I am, I always Google reviews first. I'm so glad that I did. I will NOT be joining. I'll continue shopping elsewhere. So i signed up thinking it sounded good, and a free trial didnt hurt either. I selected 3 items/month... That comes to $101/month. A hundred dollars a month to BORROW 3 items of clothing. Looking through tge clothes, theyre mostly plain/boring or look like things my grandmother would wear to church. Wasnt even worth the free trial. Canceled immediately.

I have never been a customer or a "member" of this company, yet they charge my card every three-4 months. Everytime I call in, they ask for my address to "Verify." I refuse to give it to them (since they should have it since they can bill my card!), and they say they can't close the account since they can't verify my address. Then they say it is my responsibility to close my bank card and they can't do anything to stop charging me. I have lost well over a thousand dollars from this company whom refuses to refund my money. Yet they show ZERO activity on this account and their answer is "well this is like a gym membership, you pay the fee whether you use it or not".......DECEITFUL BUSINESS YOU SHOULD AVOID!!!

In my one month trial I never got single garment that I wanted, I had to add a lot of *** that I didn't want to my closet just to get them to send me something, everything I got was cheaply and poorly made. Half the time my stuff was delayed.

I returned things that got lost in the mail so they wouldn't cancel my membership and refund me. How is that my fault? they blamed the mail saying the delay was beyond their control, I blame the *** mail for losing their ***.

It's out of my control. How is that excuse ok for you but not me?

Gwynnie Bee has not fulfilled their offer of 1/2 off my first two months. They charged my card in full both months. Their customer service is terrible. Always blames the customer. They can't be trusted with credit card information.

I cancelled my subscription and returned the items I had at home immediately. I never had an issue returning items in their prepaid shipping bag until I cancelled my account.

They said they didn't have the 2 tops I sent back and charged me $97.50. I told them on several occasions that I had sent them back and they said they trusted me and I would not be charged, but I was charged anyway. I see on this website that this is a recurring issue. Paypal is reviewing my transaction under PayPal buyer protection.

I just hope they look into all the other complaints about Gwynnie Bee before deciding on my dispute. Buyer beware!

I signed up for a "free" trial, i never had the chance to use their services, after the month was over i was charged 85.32 on my credit card, I called the company, and the customer service represenative, was very nice, she stated that since i havent used any product, I would recieve my refund back to my card, she said to log in under my E-Mail and cancel my membership, after i tried to log into my account, the account many multiple times said "wrong e-mail, or wrong password" after i did get into the system, it stated " No account found". I called the company number to talk to a service represenative, and got put on hold for at least 5 minutes, and they played the same phone song over and over, I still have not been able to reach a live person....I will continue to call support for help, but I feel like these companies are like the movie "TheGame" with Michael Douglas, you think its a valid honest thing, then boom everyone disappears when you have a question or complaint, or need help....SMH(shake my head).....

In the beginning, I was tickled pink with some of the clothes that I had first chosen. I have a very prominent belly that I have a hard time for buying clothes.

After that first transaction, it seemed to go to *** in a hand basket. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and I want my account FINISHED!!!! How can you run a business like this?? This is just staggering.

P.S. A possible solution could be this: cut the prices to a more realistic rate. There should be the reaching out of the owner to have a genuine interest in the business.

At the very least, STOP current accounts (delay) and examine the issue of inflated prices.

I've been reading many of the complaints and gripes regarding "Gwynnie Bee," and I'm so glad I followed my gut feeling by looking for complaints.

I appreciate your comments, yet feel bad for anyone who is taken any way in a scam or bad business behavior. It's not fair to the honest folks who want an honest way of getting nice products for a fair price.

This Gwynnie Bee place sounds like something that is run in the basement of a couple of kids.

I had a free month membership but after 2 shipments and lots of frustration I cancelled it after just a few days!! The sizes are wrong the items you want are never avail and what ever they felt like sending me was horribly old fashion and excessively worn out!! In addition when I called to ask how come I didn't get any bottoms I was always told they were in repair!! So all I received were tops that I had no use for and that looked like my granny would wear so no thx gwyneebee!!!

Oh stop it. It doesn't even work that way.

You only got stuff you chose - just like Netflix. And just like Netflix, if the thing you want isn't available, you get the next item on the list - a list *you* made.

And if it was free, I don't understand why you only gave it one star on billing - what, they should have paid you?

Sounds like you are either a professional complainer or have a ridiculous sense of your own self-importance. But either way, you do not sound sincere, at all.
