I asked about cancelling my membership in Janurary since the site says it is immediate. Got charged in February like my request did not happen.

Got real ignorant and it was cancelled but I was still charged. Demanded refund...

I cancelled after being double charged and not only am I still being charged the membership fee but they charged me for 2 dresses I sent back the day I received. One charge was for 111.00 and anyone 69.00.

I'm extremely disappointed. I called and spoke with a rep.

she has been kind however, I'm waiting on a return call from a supervisor. If this doesn't get settled, I guess I will contact my bank and call BBB.
