Kimberly was great and was able to help me with cancelling my account. This was the 2nd time I have attempted to Cancel (the 1st time was talked out of it to give GB a 2nd chance).

Unfortunately, GB does not have the clothes that appeals to me. It was so hard (almost felt forceful) for me to pick and add clothing in my closet. As it turned out, 2 weeks had gone by, I was not able to fulfill my commitment to keep the minimum clothes required... a $79/month fee for nothing--did not have clothes and couldn't even get a partial refund)....

waste of my $$$. Sorry, GB...u need to add more clothes, send out 1-2 outfit in your customer's closet even If your customer is unable to select 7 (I think there were 5 items in my so called closet).

You charged me for nothing. How fair is that?
